[Gluster-infra] Difficulties with accessing review.gluster.org after logging in through my Github account

No, this was the first time I tried logging in to gerrit for Gluster, 
i.e. review.gluster.org. I've used Gerrit before for my previous team 
where I used my RedHat credentials to login to 
code.engineering.redhat.com. I hope that provides more clarification.
