[Gluster-infra] Vagrant box upload: Was: [Change in glusterfs[master]: vagrant-test: Use pre-baked box for better perf]

Michael has a good point that we should host this(or updated and better)
vagrant box for Gluster development under Gluster entity. It could be a
Gluster account in https://atlas.hashicorp.com or could be hosted somewhere
on gluster.org.

Thoughts?

Ideally, at some point, there should be a gluster entity under atlast.
Alternatively we could directly specify a download url for the box onder
gluster.org
