[Gluster-infra] Trouble adding a new Gerrit configuration to Jenkins for Smoke tests

Hi,

I'm trying to add a copy of the existing Gerrit server to Jenkins, but
seem to be unable to get it connected. I've started with [add server]
and [copy from existing server] to create
"review.gluster.org_for-smoke-jobs". The [Advanced] "Gerrit Verified
Commands" have been modified to set the Smoke label instead of the
default Verified.

Clicking the [test connection] button return success (after removing the
***-out password). But after saving and clicking the red [o] button to
connect the server, it just seems to time-out.

Some assistence with getting this server connected is most welcome.
