[Gluster-infra] Reboot of jenkins/gerrit for upgrade and snapshot

Hi,

so since the release is on the 30, I was wondering if people would be ok
with a small (less than 1h) downtime for upgrade and snapshot of the
disk of gerrit and jenkins on the 1st of september.

Any objections ?
