[Gluster-infra] Please install Golang in all build machines

Patch is good, but there is no golang-github-gorilla-handlers-devel in
EPEL for now :/

Is this the same as golang-github-gorilla-handlers ?

(which is then missing in epel 7, so another issue coming later)
