[Gluster-infra] Download.gluster.org being set as readonly

Hi,

since download.gluster.org is still a gen1 server in rackspace, and
since we can't do as much as we want over the web interface since that's
running RHEL and there is specific restriction ( like making copy of the
server for testing anything regarding a upgrade, for example :/ ), I
will be setting it its drive readonly and make a copy of a the disk with
dd as a pre requisite for others operations. 

It shouldn't impact availability or any process, but if anything happen,
please ping me on irc. 

I estimate this should take just a few hours, depending on the speed of
the server. I will be starting that around 10h UTC.
