[Gluster-infra] regression failures on freeBSD

It did install it, but it was already installed:

[root at freebsd0 ~]# pkg install sqlite3

and the file is here:
[root at freebsd0 ~]# ls -l /usr/local/include/sqlite3.h

01:12 /usr/local/include/sqlite3.h

I suspect the autodetection fail on freebsd, ie, that's a bug to
correct, or the build script is wrong.
