Gerrit is configured to use review.gluster.org as it's URL. The VM
gerrit is hosted on is named dev.gluster.com. It was probably used for
some other dev purposes (including the earlier patches.gluster.com)
earlier, but is now only used for gerrit. The name dev.gluster.org can
be retiered IMO.
