[Gluster-infra] SQLite3 on FreeBSD

We have 1 single freebsd worker, afaik.

And there is sqlite3 installed:
[root at freebsd0 ~]# ls /usr/local/include/sqlite3.h 
/usr/local/include/sqlite3.h

so that's the code that need to properly detect it on freebsd side
(since ports install stuff in /usr/local )
