Hey Vijay,

I sent this invitation to you last week, but just in case you were out
for Spring Break and it was swallowed by your inbox, here it is again: J

The Rackspace Experience Design team would like to invite you to
participate in providing first-hand feedback regarding your experience
with Cloud Files. We would like to schedule a time to gather feedback
from you and we'll send you *a $100 Gift Card to say thanks.*

The purpose of this study is to identify pain points and gain usability
insights in regards to Cloud Files that will, in turn, influence design
changes to this function.

*We are looking to speak with the person in your company who is most
familiar with using the Cloud Files functionality in the My.Cloud
Control Panel or via the API. If this is you, great! If this is not you,
please forward this invitation to the appropriate person. *

Sessions are being scheduled for March 23^rd through March 26^th .

The discussion will last about 60 minutes and will use video chat &
screen sharing.

To participate, please fill out a short survey and see if you qualify
<https://rackspaceta.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_doRJlJe8XSeZvRb>. The
survey takes around 3 - 4 minutes, on average. **

After receiving your completed survey, I will follow up with you about
scheduling.

As always, this is not an effort to sell you anything so please be as
candid as you wish and feel free to forward to any colleagues who may be
interested.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Thank you,

Kelly Gustainis

Research Coordinator
