[Gluster-infra] Jenkins fedora 22 slave ready for wider test

The jobs failed because the slave machine cannot clone the gluster
repository. It isn't able to reach anything outside the VPN network.
The system needs to be able to access review.gluster.org to be able to
clone the repository.

It can resolve the address fine, but cannot reach it.

Michael, can this be fixed?
