So I tought my email went, but no.

So yes, taht's it. 

and the VPN was down. Or rather both side did see it as being up, but
ping was not ok. I configured it to use some ping/keep-alive, i hope
that will be enough to stay for the night ( because of course, the
problem take 1 or 2 days to show... )
