[Gluster-infra] Jenkins fedora 22 slave ready for wider test

Hi,

so, after a few tests ( and fighting libvirt and firewalld at the same
time [1]), I declare the fedora 22 slave to be ready for being tested. 

I have enabled it, now, i am not sure how this can be added as a non
voting member in jenkins, so if some can take a look, that would be
awesome.

Once we are sure it work fine, I will replicate the VM and add a few
more, and also document/clean it.

I still need to understand why the VPN is going down during the night,
but it come back once one side ping the others, likely connectrion
tracking related.
