[Gluster-infra] NetBSD slaves failing to run regression because of missing requirements

Some NetBSD machines are failing to run regression jobs because the
cannot find some requirements. For example [1], which fails with
```
... GlusterFS Test Framework ...

Aborting.

The following required tools are missing:

  * dbench
  * mock
  * nfs-utils
  * yajl
  * xfsprogs

Please install them and try again.
```

This is happening repeatedly for my change
https://review.gluster.org/11395 . Anyone have any clue why this is
happening?
