[Gluster-infra] Reduce dns ttl for review.g.o, build.g.o, and forge.g.o?

Hi Misc,

In preparation for moving review.gluster.org, build.gluster.org, and
forge.gluster.org, would you be ok to reduce the dns ttls' on them?

Down to maybe 5 mins or so? (if that's excessive, then maybe 15 mins
or 1/2 hour)
