[Gluster-infra] "Submitted, Merge Pending " status

Hi ,

It looks like gerrit server is in problem and patches  are in merge 
queue for long time.

For ex:
http://review.gluster.org/#/c/8866/
http://review.gluster.org/#/c/8855/

The status of above patches are '/Submitted, Merge Pending' /. We had 
faced this issue in past and later we noticed missing merges in the git 
repo [1].

Any idea whats going wrong with gerrit?
