[Gluster-infra] Turned off the old gluster-mirror2 VM

Just turned off the old (Debian Lenny) "gluster-mirror2" VM
in Rackspace.  Sampath has said it's not needed, and nothing
seems to rely on it.

Just to be on the safe side :), going to wait a day, in case
some hidden dependency shows up.

If nothing seems to be obviously broken tomorrow, we can delete
the VM completely.
