[Gluster-infra] Cloud/Rack subdomains now in Rackspace DNS

Hi us,

We now have the "cloud.gluster.org" and "rack.gluster.org"
domains in Rackspace DNS.

This lets us create, modify, and delete entries in these
subdomains using the Rackspace API.

This could be useful when:

 * spinning up regression testing hosts
 * putting publicly accessible demo servers online
 * probably other stuff too

TTL for both is configured to 5mins atm, but we can
change this if needed.

If anyone wants the API key for accessing this, just ping
me. :)
