[Gluster-infra] Download page still with 404

Place holder page is at staging.gluster.org/download, this can be pushed to the live site at any time.  We will need to add more content such as how to build the ubuntu ppa's, I can work on adding the content tomorrow.  I am available until 8PM PST tonight, if I haven't heard anything back by then I will push live to the site tomorrow morning.

We need to fix this ASAP. When you go to gluster.org/download , you still get a 404. Please fix. 

It should look like this - http://blog.gluster.org/download/ 

If you want to just take the HTML from that page and stick into a new page in the web site git repo, then do that. 

There are a great number of web sites out there that reference only the /download link and are currently broken.
