[Gluster-infra] Download page still with 404

We need to fix this ASAP. When you go to gluster.org/download, you still
get a 404. Please fix.

It should look like this - http://blog.gluster.org/download/

If you want to just take the HTML from that page and stick into a new page
in the web site git repo, then do that.

There are a great number of web sites out there that reference only the
/download link and are currently broken.
