GitHub India is announcing a first time ever fellowship program – GitHub
fellowship exclusively for third year engineering students from
select institutions. The fellowship program is about learning, preparing
students to be market ready, strengthening industry academia relations and
giving practical experience to students. The Fellowship also aims to
provide innovative solutions and fresh ideas to organizations like yours on
some existing challenges as well as create a talent pool for organizations'
future hiring.

As part of the program, we would like to invite Gluster.org to be a
mentoring organisation and groom students to be real world ready.

*Few salient points of the program would be:*

   - This is a 12 week fellowship program exposing students to work on Open
   Source projects
   - Selection of students by GitHub & College HODs aligned to the project
   allocated by you.
   - The program offers a stipend to the students on successful completion
   of the project
   - Mentorship is a key component of the program, which will be joint
responsibility between GitHub and partner organisation
   - GitHub can offer between 4-10 students across the projects chosen by
   your organisation

We would like to invite you to be part of this initiative, please do let us
know if we could meet or speak with you anytime soon. Looking forward to
you playing your part in grooming future leaders.

I look forward to hearing from you.
