[Gluster-devel] CI failure - NameError: name 'unicode' is not defined (related to changelogparser.py)

Regression on release-5 branch is also failing because of this. Can we have
backport  Kotresh's patch https://review.gluster.org/#/c/glusterfs/+/22829/ to
these branches.
