This occurs when Go<1.9 is used to build GD2. The updated etcd version
we vendor (etcd 3.3) requires Go>=1.9 to compile.
But the failure here is strange, because CentOS-7 has golang-1.9.4 in
its default repositories.
Don't know what's going wrong here.
