[Gluster-devel] Release 3.11: RC0 has been tagged

Hi Devs,

1) We still are to see any release notes updates for 3.11, if you 
contributed a feature and it is called out in [3] please submit the 
relevant release notes.

2) Further, if your change requires any addition to documentation, 
please submit the changes to [4] so that by the release we have these 
PRs ready to publish.

3) Lastly, any testing feedback you may have based on various areas of 
interest or change that you see are welcome!
