There is also a Quick Start specifically for CentOS in the CentOS wiki:
  https://wiki.centos.org/SpecialInterestGroup/Storage/gluster-Quickstart

But note that running Gluster on a single server is not a common
deployment option. If you do not need the redundancy or any of Glusters
features, you might be better off with a standard NFS-server instead.
