So this is now fixed. A maintenance change to fix the MTU
inter-connectivity issue between Centos CI and Gluster (and Ceph and
Centos Ci as well) did trigger a unexpected issue on spanning tree
between Cisco and Juniper devices.

It wasn't supposed to impact our network side directly, so I didn't paid
much attention to it. 

I also anticipate that both vendors are gonna of course accuse each
others for the problem.
