There are several fixes done, but it will be a topic that needs
continuing for the next few releases. Until we have a way to
automatically check for new problems and report bugs.

Still an ongoing thing, we have *many* structures that cna benefit from
reference counting. Improvements like these are 'normal' maintenance
tasks IMHO.
