[Gluster-devel] Documentation Tests

Hello,

I didn't hear any opposition, so I've setup Travis-CI on glusterdocs
repo[1]. If you make the build throw up any warning, it will fail. We can,
in the future, add tests for confirming that there are no large files added
and external links are not broken.
