[Gluster-devel] Update feature page for GlusterFS 3.8

Hi,

Kudos to all the owners who have updated 3.8 roadmap[1] with their feature page.

Still following features either misses the feature page or have not updated in the roadmap:

* Converged HA for NFS-Ganesha and Samba - Jose Rivera, Kaleb Keithley
* Samba and NFS-Ganesha support for tiered volumes - Dan Lambright, Joseph Fernandes
* Tiering Performance Enhancements - Dan Lambright, Joseph Fernandes
* Quota Enhancements - Vijay Mallikarjuna Manikandan Selvaganesan
* Glusterfind and Bareos Integration - Milind Changire
* Heketi - Luis Pabon
* Periodic DiSTAF testing - M S Vishwanath Bhat, Raghavendra Talur, Kaushal
* gdeploy packaged for Fedora and EPEL - Sachidananda Urs, Nandaja Varma
* glusterfs-coreutils packaged for Fedora and CentOS Storage SIG - Anoop C S
* Apache/mod_proxy_gluster packaged for Fedora and CentOS Storage SIG - ?

Please create feature as soon as possible and send a pull request for updating the
roadmap. Otherwise all the features failing to do so will move to "at risk" category
in the 3.8 roadmap.

Also create a tracker bug for your feature and add it into the 3.8.0[2] release tracker
