Yesterday, I looked into the core. From the core it looked like the rebalance process crashed
during cleanup_and_exit. The frame seems to be corrupted. Therefore it does not look like a snapshot
bug. The test case tests snapshot with tiered volume. If somebody from rebalance or tiering team can
also take a look then it would help.
