[Gluster-devel] Contributing to Gluster

Hi Gluster-Devs,
My name is Willy. I am a final year undergraduate student from Bandung Institute of Technology. My final year project is about Gluster. After I researched for a while about Gluster, I would like to take the task about working on lookup-self heal (https://public.pad.fsfe.org/p/dht_lookup_optimize). Are there any steps I should follow beforehand?
