I found a !! in glusterfs sources. Is it a C syntax I do not know, a
bug, or just a weird syntax?
xlators/cluster/afr/src/afr-inode-write.c:
local->stable_write = !!((fd->flags|flags)&(O_SYNC|O_DSYNC));
