[Gluster-devel] Jenkins now checks if a bug is public

The first smoke tests that Jenkins executes after a patch gets posted in
the main gluaterfs repository, inludes some checks against bugzilla.
This test has now been extended to check for private bugs and will
return with an error if the bug is not public.

Please let me know in case this goes completely wrong :-)

Further improvements can be posted as pull requests against the script
in GitHub:
