Right now there is no easy fix for the issue. It may require to reconstruct entire netgroup/export structures
used for this feature.

I remember seeing this test fail a few days back but seem to have missed 
including this test in the etherpad.

Yes and we should add them to is_bad_test() in run-tests.sh too.
