[Gluster-devel] /tests/bugs/quota/bug-1153964.t is consistently failing

Hi Niels,

Patch# 11022 is not available downstream 3.1.
Patch# 11361 is a blocker for 3.1 and depends on ref-count functions, is 
it possible to backport patch #11022 to downstream?
