I think it would be nice to wrap up this phase of the discussion and
get a new design written before Red Hat Summit, which is always a huge
focus-breaker.  That gives us a couple of weeks, though earlier is
still better and it's never really too late.  Even after coding has
begun, it's still better to get feedback and ideas before some
overlooked issue turns into a mad last-minute scramble as we've seen
so many times before.
