Theses are incarnation of the impossible-to-unmount-after-NFS-server-
is-gone bug. This is a NetBSD kernel I am currently working on, which
is triggered by a problem in glusterfs, as the NFS server vanished
before it was supposed to.

I rebooted the stuck VM.
