[Gluster-devel] volume-snapshot.t failures

They fail on RHEL6 machines due to an issue with sqlite. The test has been moved to the ignore list already (13056).
I'd like to look into having tests that do not run on RHEL6, only RHEL7+. 
I've been running it on RHEL7 the last few hours in a loop successfully.
