As a sanity thought, does this happen consistently?

With the regression tests we run in Rackspace, there are a few
test cases which occasionally fail spuriously.  When run again
they'll normally pass fine (we're slowly root causing those).

If this happens consistently it's worth looking into, if it
was just a once off though... meh.  But feel free to root
cause it if you have the time. :D
