[Gluster-devel] glusterfs 3.4.0 vs 3.4.1 potential packaging problem?

Hi Niels,

I installed F19 from this ISO: Fedora-Live-Desktop-x86_64-19-1.iso
I was pointed to this ISO but don't recall where I got it from, sorry.

Jeff

That is more or less what I tried as well. After installing Fedora 19
(without updates), install glusterfs-server and glusterfs-fuse from the
fedora base repository (with 'yum --disablerepo=*updates* ...'), no
glusterfs-libs is available there, so it doesnt get installed. After
that, update to the current available set.

The new glusterfs-3.4.1-1.fc19 has a hard dependency on
glusterfs-libs-3.4.1-1.fc19, so I do not understand how you can land in
a situation where glusterfs-libs does not get installed or updated.

Are you using the standard Fedora repositories, or do you have an other
source for the packages?

Thanks,
Niels
