[Gluster-devel] unable to submit patch set

Hi,

My patch submission got rejected yesterday.  Below is the output

I see the error message is correct that the first patch in the set has 
no change whereas rest of the patches are changed.

Today the same succeeded with rebase to master as master branch had some 
changes

Is this intentional or gerrit configuration bug?
