[Gluster-devel] configure fixes for review

Hi

I have two configure fixes that break make install on master and release-3.3: 

1) Detect python > 2.5 and make sure MKDIR_P is substitued in makefile

That one can be sidesided in favor of an autotools update on build.gluster.com

2) Honour --sysconfdir and --localstatedir for 3.2 -> 3.3 upgrade

That one is a real bug fix. It broke installation at mine.
