[Gluster-devel] MOUNT-POINT initialization failed?

I've not seen this error before:

MOUNT-POINT /home initialization failedexiting

This is all that shows up in the log:

Where should I be looking for possible causes of this issue? I'm trying 
to add a new server into the cluster, and it refuses to mount. What did 
I miss?
