Maybe I should add that this error was when make'ing rc7.
rc1 produces the following error:

./spec.y:22: unrecognized: %name_prefix
./spec.y:22:    Skipping to next %
make[3]: *** [y.tab.h] Error 1
make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make: *** [all] Error 2
