the instructions do have changed. recently savannah renamed their tla web
server to http://arch.savannah.gnu.org. You need to rm -f
~/.arch-params/=locations/gluster at sv.gnu.org and follow the instructions on
http://www.gluster.org/download.php. Note that previously checked out trees
need not be re fetched.
