[Gluster-devel] status of stat-prefetch

Hi,

I've seen notes that stat-prefetch was disabled in some revision; however, in 
the current tla patchlevel it is explained in doc/translator-option.txt.

Therefore, is it enabled again? An if, what's it's usecase and impact; how 
much memory will it consume, is it best use at server or client (or both)?

BTW, performance/booster has to identical entries in that file.
