Details:

An interactive tool which asks top level general questions (like subnet
specification, number of nodes) and chose one of pre-set recipies which will
generate volume spec accordingly.

As the first step, this bug will track the development of a console based
tool (preferably written in scheme.) Development of advanced GUI based
(gtk/ajax/) will be tracked in a seperate bug later on.
