[Cinder.glusterfs.ci] [Third-party-announce] EMC XIO CI is not running

The issues with the array was fixed last week.  The plan is to do an NDU upgrade (refresh install if NDU failed) to the latest firmware this week.

So I'm hoping the CI should be running next week.
