[Cinder.glusterfs.ci] [Third-party-announce] Huawei Volume Cinder CI Not Really Running

Hi Mike,

I have found out the problem. The port 29148 of review.openstack.org has been blocked from somewhere, maybe is blocked from the GFW.
Now we are trying to access the review.openstack.org from https instead of 29418 port, but this is not a easy work.
We will try our best to fix this problem as soon as possible.
