[Cinder.glusterfs.ci] [Third-party-announce] ProphetStor Cinder CI Issues

I've been noticing quite a few false failures being reported by the
ProphetStor CI lately. It seems this stack user already exists error
is very common from my auditing. Here's some examples:

Can someone from ProphetStor please review this issue and correct it
soon please?
